How do I book an appointment?

Complete the form with your preferred service, date, and time. Stella will personally confirm your appointment by text or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.

Do I need to pay anything to book?

No. Booking is free. Payment for your service is collected at the studio the day of your appointment.

How should I prepare my hair?

Arrive with hair freshly washed, blown out, and fully detangled. A blow-dry add-on is available at the studio if you prefer we handle it.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

What if I am running late?

We offer a 15 minute grace period. After that, a $25 late fee applies, and appointments over 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Do you provide the hair?

Yes. Premium pre-stretched hair is included in every braiding service unless you request a specific brand or texture in your notes.
